Auto detailing software

Auto detailing software that follows the job from first text to finished car

Most detailing businesses do not have a software problem so much as a scattered-notes problem. The lead is in your texts, the quote is in your head, the appointment is in a phone calendar, the paint-correction notes are in a photo roll, and whoever is on the truck tomorrow has to ask you for all of it. WeavrCRM puts those pieces in one workspace so the record of a customer, their vehicles and the work you sold travels with the job.

What a working day looks like inside WeavrCRM

The morning starts on the calendar: each appointment shows the customer, the vehicle, the services sold and the address. Open an appointment and you see the history behind it, including earlier quotes and notes left by whoever did the last visit.

During the day, new enquiries land as leads with their contact history attached. When you quote, you pick services from your own service list so a two-row SUV interior and a coupe exterior are priced the way you actually price them, not from a generic template.

In the evening, the team chat holds the questions, photos and files from the field, and tasks hold the follow-ups that would otherwise be forgotten: call back about ceramic coating, re-check a water spot, order more pads.

Billing stays your decision

Invoices and deposits are opt-in for each appointment or recurring series. Nothing is billed by default. If you choose to collect payment, it runs through a Stripe account your business sets up and owns, and a payment link can be copied and texted to the customer manually. WeavrCRM does not send payment requests on its own.

That matters for detailers who take cash on the driveway for some customers and card deposits for large correction jobs. You decide job by job.

What it does not try to be

  • It is not a public self-serve booking widget. Appointments are created by you and your team.
  • It does not run automatic marketing campaigns or promise more bookings.
  • It does not place calls for you; phone conversations still happen on your phone.
  • The mobile app covers core field work but is not a full copy of every web screen.

Questions detailers ask

Can I look around before signing up?

Yes. The demo is a separate, email-gated sample environment with made-up data. It is never connected to a real customer workspace.

Do I need Stripe to use WeavrCRM?

No. Stripe is only needed if you opt in to invoices or deposits, and then it is your own business account.

Is it only for mobile detailers?

No. Shop-based and mobile operations both use the same customers, quotes, calendar and team tools.
