About
Software shaped by the detailing day.
WeavrCRM is an operations CRM for U.S. auto detailing businesses. This page explains what the product is for, how the field guide is written, and what we will not claim.
What WeavrCRM is for
Detailing owners juggle leads, vehicle-specific quotes, recurring maintenance customers, a crew in the field, and occasionally billing. WeavrCRM keeps leads and contact histories, quotes built from your service list, calendar appointments and recurring jobs, tasks, team chat with files, search and pins, and role-restricted reports in one workspace.
Invoices and deposits are opt-in per appointment or series and run through a Stripe account the business owns. Payment links can be texted manually. There is no public self-serve booking page, no automatic marketing campaigns, and no native calling. A mobile app covers core field work without matching every web feature.
The workflow we design around
| Moment | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Enquiry arrives | Lead with contact history |
| Price is agreed | Quote from services, tied to a vehicle |
| Work is booked | Appointment or recurring series |
| Something to remember | Task with owner and date |
| Crew question | Team chat thread, pinned if it repeats |
| Week in review | Role-restricted reports |
Editorial policy
Field guide articles are published under the organization byline WeavrCRM Editorial. We do not invent authors, credentials, testimonials or statistics.
The initial guides were prepared with AI assistance and checked against the product's documented workflows. They have not been independently reviewed by a lawyer, accountant, insurer, or detailing certification body. Seek qualified advice for decisions involving those specialties.
Articles aim to be useful whether or not you use WeavrCRM. Where we reference regulations, tax or industry data, we link to the source so you can check it. Prices in examples are illustrative; set your own based on your market and costs.
When product capabilities change, we update product pages first and correct articles that mention them.
- No fabricated customer quotes or reviews
- No guaranteed revenue or ranking claims
- Sources listed on articles that cite outside facts
- Corrections made in place when we find errors
About the demo
The demo is a separate, email-gated sample environment populated with invented data. It is never a live customer workspace, and nothing you do there affects real businesses.
