Mobile detailing software

Mobile detailing software for owners who work out of a van, not an office

A mobile detailer's office is the driver's seat. Between jobs you are checking the next address, remembering whether this customer has a working hose bib, and answering texts at red lights. WeavrCRM is designed so the details you need at the curb are already on the appointment, and the details you learn at the curb get written back before you forget them.

Everything you need at the curb

Each appointment carries the customer, address, vehicle and the services sold. Notes from previous visits sit with the contact, so you can see that the gate code changed, the dog stays inside, or the rear seats had pet hair that took an extra forty minutes last time.

Because quotes are built from your service list, the price you agreed is visible on the job. No re-negotiating in the driveway because nobody wrote down what was promised.

Recurring routes without retyping

Maintenance customers are the backbone of most mobile operations. Recurring jobs on the calendar let you set a biweekly or monthly series once, then adjust a single visit when a customer travels or the weather turns.

If you collect deposits or invoice those visits, you opt in for that series specifically. Other customers stay billing-free in the system.

Template
Series: Biweekly maintenance wash, Tuesday mornings
Vehicle: 2021 Toyota 4Runner, gray
Services: Exterior wash, wheel faces, interior vacuum, glass
Notes: Water available at side spigot. Park on street, not driveway.
Billing: Opted in, invoice after each visit via owner's Stripe account

Working with a second tech

When you add help, the questions multiply. Team chat keeps job questions, photos and files searchable, and pinned messages hold the things everyone should know, such as which chemical to use on matte wraps.

Tasks let you hand off specific follow-ups. Reports are role-restricted, so a technician does not see your revenue unless you allow it.

Honest limits

  • Customers cannot book themselves through a public page; you or your team schedule them.
  • Payment links can be texted manually from your phone; they are not sent automatically.
  • The mobile app handles core field work, while some setup and reporting is better on the web.

Questions detailers ask

Does it plan driving routes?

WeavrCRM keeps addresses on appointments so you can plan the day, but it is not a turn-by-turn routing app.

Can I take cash for some jobs?

Yes. Billing is opt-in per appointment or series, so cash jobs simply stay without an invoice.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, for core field work. It does not yet mirror every web feature.
